The CSA will be hosting their Annual General Meeting (CSA) on Thursday 5th October and we’d like to invite all members to attend in order to help us ratify the committee for 2017 and beyond.
As we detailed in June – many members of the current committee will be stepping down after a number of years in their elected positions. It is imperative that we are in a position to vote in new members who can continue the good work of the CSA.
We will be looking to elect the following roles in particular:
- Vice Chair
- Digital Officer (responsible for website, comms and social)
Many of the school activities and items of equipment are funded by the activites of the CSA. These activities – whether summer fair, quiz evenings or simple fundraisers – require volunteers in order to make them a success and to continue to support our children.
The contribution required is approximately 3-5 committee meetings per year (normally midweek and held after school hours) and the only experience required is a can-do attitude!
